How can I purchase AMP (Annual Maintenance Plan) for vSpace Pro?
Our vSpace Pro AMP subscription it's sold per license and it is good for coverage of one NComputing device. In order to cover multiple devices, multiple licenses need to be purchased.
GETTING YOUR ACCOUNT READY.
If you have an existing environment using vSpace Pro, go to our website and login to the same account that you used to register your vSpace Servers:

If you login with a different account than the one used for your environment, when you do your purchase, your vSpace Pro AMP licensing will not be associated to your vSpace servers.
If your environment is brand new, and you do not have an account, please create one in order to do your purchase and make sure that you do use the very same credentials to register your new vSpace Software.
Once you are in our website, please click on the top right of the page, where it reads:
Login | Register.
Choose whether you want to login or create an account for the first time. (it is completely free to create).
When you sign up for an account, pay attention to the spelling of your email address. You will be receiving a confirmation link to your email in order to validate your account.
Once you have logged in, the Management Portal tab will appear. Please click on it to enter.
MAKING OUR PURCHASE
Once in the home page of the Management Portal, click on
Purchase Licenses and Services.
You will see the vSpace Pro AMP licenses been offered in different lengths of time. In the image below they are highlighted in red.
When you have chosen the license with the specific length of time you need, then you can proceed to click on the desired item. A confirmation warning will appear.
Enter your payment details.
Then select how many licenses you want to purchase.
Remember that in order for your account to be vSpace Pro AMP compliant, you will need to purchase licenses for 100% of all the devices that show in your account. Your account will not be compliant if you only buy licenses for a partial amount of your total terminals.
If you purchase vSpace Pro AMP licenses, you do not need to purchase Aged Device Licenses as it would be redundant and such are used for a different purpose.
