Windows: "A Script Required For This Install To Complete Could Not Be Run". Error when Installing vSpace

This is a generic Microsoft Windows message, not directly related to our platform, but may be related to the current state or configuration of the Windows installer. 

However:
This error message can also occur when attempting run the vSpace 8.4 or vSpace Pro 10 on a Home edition client operating system.
Be sure to verify the Operating System version, do do this in Windows 10:
Right click on "Start Menu" and click on "System" in pop-up menu to open "System" window.


This will open up general System information, please verify you are using a supported edition of Windows (listed under Windows edition):


On Window 7 and Windows 8.1:
Right click on My Computer, or Computer and select Properties:

A common cause for this error is the currently installed Antivirus software.   Sometimes when this is disabled the error will resolve.
