The Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) for vSpace Pro is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure the continued functionality of your vSpace deployments.
Compliance Requirement
100% coverage of every unit is required for compliance. Compliance is counted based on the number of devices associated with your NComputing Management Portal account.

* Applicable with the purchase of NC-AMP-1A, NC-AMP-3A, and NC-AMP-5A license types with a 1-year or longer duration. Must maintain AMP compliance with 100 or more AMP licenses.
What Happens Without AMP?
If you do not have an active AMP subscription, your access and support are limited:
- Trial period will start. For vSpace native devices, there will be a limitation of a one-time, 7 day trial of vSpace Pro Enterprise. - Newer Devices (Manufactured on or after Jan 1, 2015): These will still be able to access vSpace Pro 11 LTS (supports up to Windows Server 2016) but cannot connect to vSpace Pro Enterprise Edition after trial period.
- Legacy Devices (Manufactured prior to Jan 1, 2015): Cannot connect to vSpace Pro 11 LTS or vSpace Pro Enterprise Edition. You must purchase AMP to connect these devices.
- Support is Limited: You are restricted to KB articles, a maximum of 3 web-tickets, and a pay-per-incident option after that. No phone support or chat is available.
