NComputing Digital Token (NDT/NDTR)
What is this?
NComputing Digital Token (NDT) and Restricted NComputing Digital Token (NDTR) are digital currencies to be used exclusively to purchase NComputing products.
Why are we doing this?
NDT/NDTR provides a way for customers who have limited or no access to traditional payment methods such as credit cards or PayPal or even bank accounts capable of International transactions to pay for and obtain NComputing products.
Additionally, NDT/NDTR offers an increased level of security for customers. If you are not comfortable entering your credit card, bank account or PayPal information you can always use NDT/NDTR as an alternative payment method. NDTs/NDTRs cannot be hacked or used for anything but the original intended purpose.
How do I use NDTs/NDTRs?
You must first download and install a digital wallet to your mobile phone.
NComputing uses the Whisper Wallet from EQBR Networks.

The Whisper Wallet allows you to receive NDT/RDNT from NComputing or our authorized partners and resellers. You also use the Whisper Wallet to exchange NDT with other customers or purchase NComputing products and services directly from our Management Portal.
NDTR tokens have limited functionality. Please see below for more details.
Please be aware that you are bound to the Whisper Wallet terms of use and privacy policy published by EQBR Networks. These are available to review from the Apple or Google Play stores.
What is the difference between NDT and NDTR?
NDTR refers to Restricted NComputing Digital Token. NDTRs are distributed when purchasing tokens from the NComputing Management Portal using a credit card or PayPal.
These NDTR tokens may only be used for purchasing other NComputing products directly from the Management Portal. You cannot sell or trade these NDTR with other Whisper Wallet users.
NDT refers to NComputing Digital Tokens. These tokens are unrestricted. You may use these tokens to:
- Trade to other Whisper Wallet users
- Swap for USDC
- Purchase NComputing products directly from the Management Portal
How do I obtain NDTRs/NDTs?
To obtain NDTR:
The primary method for obtaining NDTR’s is to purchase them directly from NComputing’s Management Portal.
You must first connect your Whisper Wallet to your NComputing Management Portal account. See below for details.
Log in to your Management Portal account then click on the Purchase Licenses and Services icon. This lists the NComputing products that you can purchase directly from NComputing.
Scroll down to find the NComputing NDTR product. Click that option, specify the number of tokens you wish to purchase and pay using a credit card or PayPal. After confirming the payment, the number of NDTR tokens will automatically be sent to your Whisper Wallet. It typically only takes 1 or 2 minutes for the transfer to be completed.
Important note: NComputing tokens purchased using the above method will appear in your Whisper Wallet with the symbol NDTR. These NDTR tokens may only be used for purchasing other NComputing products directly from the Management Portal. You cannot sell or trade these NDTR with other Whisper Wallet users.
To obtain NDT:
You may obtain NDT by purchasing them directly from an authorized NComputing Partner. Certain Partners will be permitted to carry an inventory of NDT tokens and are authorized to resell to end customers. This transaction occurs entirely between you and the Partner. NComputing assumes no liability whatsoever for transactions that occur between yourself and a Partner.
You may also purchase NDT’s directly from NComputing through wire transfer to our bank.
Things you will need to do before executing a wire transfer to NComputing for NDTs:
- Install Whisper Wallet on your mobile phone
- Create a Management Portal account (if you don’t already have one)
- Connect your Whisper Wallet to your Management Portal account (see below)
- Send an email to digitalcoin@ncomputing.com to obtain the necessary form to start the transaction.

How do I connect my Whisper Wallet to my NComputing Management Portal Account?
The Manage Payments section of your NComputing Management Portal account includes the ability to add your Whisper Wallet address.
We highly recommend the following method for connecting your Whisper Wallet to your NComputing Management Portal account.
Use the mobile phone that already has the Whisper Wallet installed and setup.
• Open your Whisper Wallet
• Tap on the Wallet icon at the bottom of the screen.
• Tap on the NComputing network. This should show the NComputing Wallet Card.
• Tap on the down arrow (receive) displayed on the NComputing Wallet Card.
• This displays your wallet address and a Copy button.
• Tap Copy to copy your wallet address to your phone’s clipboard.
• Open a browser on your mobile phone and go to https://manage.ncomputing.com/nc/
• Login using your usual username and password.
• Tap on your user name displayed at the top of the page and the tap on Manage Whisper Wallet.
• Tap on the text field to of the Wallet Address and paste the address that was copied from the step above.
• Tap VERIFY.
• The Management Portal will send a small amount of NDT to your wallet.
• Check your Whisper Wallet to find the small amount of NDT.
• You must enter the exact amount in the field provided by the Manage Whisper Wallet UI to complete the connection.
Note: You are limited to a maximum of 5 attempts to connect your Whisper Wallet. If you exceed 5 attempts and have not successfully connected your Whisper Wallet then please contact NComputing Support for assistance.
What if I forget my Whisper Wallet password or lose my phone?
It is entirely your responsibility to maintain your password, PIN and your Secret Phrase associated with your Whisper Wallet.
Due to the security and anonymity inherent in digital currency there is nothing NComputing can do if you lose this information unless you at least have your wallet address. NComputing will not issue refunds or reimbursement of NDT/NDTR under any circumstance.
If you lose your phone you can install Whisper Wallet on a new device and use the Secret Phrase to access your existing account.

Password
The Whisper Wallet uses a 6 digit PIN code that you set when you first install the app. Be sure to save your PIN code in a safe place.
Face ID
The Whisper Wallet can optionally utilize the Face ID feature for mobile devices that include this functionality. However, from time to time, the Whisper Wallet may require you to enter your PIN code as an additional safety measure.
Secret Phrase
The Whisper Wallet will periodically remind you to “back up” your secret phrase. The secret phrase is a sting of up to 24 random words generated by the Whisper Wallet. If you forget your password (PIN) and Face ID is not working then you can enter the secret phrase words in the exact order provided by Whisper Wallet. Backing up your secret phrase simply means using copy/paste or write down the words to keep in a safe and reliable place.
Wallet (account) Address
You can obtain your wallet address from the Whisper Wallet. This is a 42 character code starting with “0x”.
As a last resort, if you have this Wallet Address then NComputing may be able to help transfer your balance to another wallet. There is no express or implied guarantee we can do this for you so you must be sure to take the necessary steps to keep your information safe and secure.
What if someone steals my phone and uses my NComputing tokens?
It is entirely your responsibility to secure your phone and access to your Whisper Wallet.
NComputing is not liable for any claims or damages whatsoever associated with your use, inability to use, or loss of NComputing tokens. This includes but is not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of profits, cryptocurrencies, tokens, or anything else of value.
Can I get a refund if I accidentally purchase NComputing tokens or change my mind?
No. NComputing will not issue refunds or exchanges for NDT or RDNT tokens under any circumstance.
If you hold NDT type tokens, then you may exchange these for USDC or other tokens supported by the Whisper Wallet.
