Your session request has been denied (RX300)
This article assumes that you are using vSpace Pro Enterprise, or 11.3.2 LTS. Any other version of vSpace, as of the writing of this article is not supported.
Here are the troubleshooting steps related to this message and its variants:
Scenario #1: "There are insufficient licenses available to grant your request"
This is the warning received:
If you have an RX300 and this was purchased or manufactured on 2017, it is possible that your device has a one year connection license. You should be able to check your serial number in the Management Portal. Log in to www.ncomputing.com, then, click in the Management Portal tab, then go to: My vSpace Installations > My Devices > [Click on the device in question]
If your device indeed was a 2017 device, and you can confirm that indeed it has expired on its connection license, you can purchase an extension right away. Please follow this article
Scenario #2: "vSpace must be connected to a vSpace manager that has been registered with NComputing."
This warning message is slightly different:
This indicates that the vSpace Server you are attempted to connect is not associated with a vSpace Manager.
It is very likely your vSpace Pro deployment includes NComputing legacy devices manufactured prior to January 1, 2015 and are not vSpace Pro compliant, hence the service interruption.
If you are vSpace Pro compliant, but are still experiencing this issue, please check if you have completed these instructions regarding proper vSpace Pro setup.
