About your Management Portal account:
As a user of our NComputing products, you must have a Management Portal
account that identifies you as an NComputing customer. This account helps you manage your environment, register devices, redeem product licensing, gives you access to software downloads and keeps a registry of all of your devices, warranties, licensing and services.
A Support Agent may require you to disclose your Management Portal account number, or email associated to it in order to find information about your environment or check for your current support enrollment and services applied to your account. For example, in order to receive a call back from our Support Team, we will need to verify your Management Portal account for a compliant AMP subscription
How to find it:
The sure way to find it is to go to the NComputing.com website and login with your credentials. You will see the Management Portal tab show up in the webpage.
Once you are in the homepage of the Management Portal, you will see your account email ID on the top, right. If you click on the Chevron, you will see a menu that will drop down and show you your account number.
The fastest way to find it, if you are a vSpace software user, is to deploy the vSpace Manager app. You will see your account email ID on the top, right. If you click on the Chevron, you will see a menu that will drop down and show you your account number.
We encourage you to keep your account handy and ready to provide it to your NComputing representative to quickly retrieve information about your account and environment.
