What is the general software maintenance update policy for RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP), RX440(RDP), RX540, RX580, LEAF OS and EX500W devices?
Each RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP), RX440(RDP), RX540, RX580, LEAF OS, and EX500W device includes a perpetual license for PMC software, along with first-year of complimentary software maintenance (Device AMP for RX, LEAF OS and EX devices).
After the first year, if the complimentary Device AMP expires, firmware updates—whether local or remote via PMC—will no longer be available. To continue receiving newer firmware updates, Device AMP licenses must be purchased and assigned to each RX, LEAF OS, and EX device.
