As of July 1, 2020, registration of legacy devices or software is no longer possible.

Because we are no longer able to provide support or registration for legacy products, we recommend all customers to upgrade to vSpace Pro and current thin client devices.

if you have L-300 or M-300 Series device that was manufactured after January 1st, 2015, you are free to use vSpace Pro LTS.
However, if your Devices were manufactured before January 1, 2015, you can still use vSpace Pro if you have an AMP subscription covering all the devices in your deployment. Premium support is available to anyone who purchase the requisite number of vSpace Pro AMP licenses. You can find out more about vSpace Pro here:

Our best recommendation for customers, if possible, is to work with our support team and migrate to vSpace Pro now to be current and take advantage of all the great features and benefits of this current products and code.
