How do I register my RX420(IGEL) and RX440(IGEL) devices and extend the hardware warranty?

There are multiple ways to register these RX420(IGEL) and RX440(IGEL) devices to your NComputing Management Portal account. Once the devices are registered, you will be able to apply extended hardware warranty licenses you purchased to these registered devices.


1. NComputing mobile apps
Once the mobile app is downloaded, login using your NComputing Management Portal credential. 
Simply use the built-in QR code scanner in the mobile app to scan the QR Code label located at the bottom of your RX devices. 

2. Manually upload the Serial Number into your NComputing Management Portal account.

Login to NComputing Management Portal account by going to www.ncomputing.com

From the portal account, navigate to ‘My Registered Devices’ -> click on ‘+ Register’ icon to manually enter the serial number. 



Once the RX420(IGEL)/RX440(IGEL) device have been registered to your NComputing Management Portal account, extended hardware warranty license can be redeemed and applied to these devices.
