Where can I purchase AMP licenses for RX-RDP, RX-RDP+ and RX420(RDP) devices?
Each RX-RDP, RX-RDP+ and RX420(RDP) device comes with a perpetual license of PMC device management software and first-year complimentary software maintenance update (AMP for RX-RDP/RX-RDP+/RX420(RDP)) for any firmware updates including features enhancements and bug fixes.
After the first-year complimentary AMP for RX-RDP / RX-RDP+ / RX420(RDP) has expired then the RX-RDP, RX-RDP+ and RX420(RDP) device can only receive firmware updates from PMC. Furthermore, extended AMP for RX-RDP / RX-RDP+ / RX420(RDP) licenses must be purchased and allocated to each RX-RDP, RX-RDP+ and RX420(RDP) device to allow PMC to push firmware updates.
AMP licenses for RX-RDP, RX-RDP+ and RX420(RDP) can be purchased from NComputing Authorized Partners or directly from NComputing.
An active AMP license for your Devices must be maintained to receive the described benefits.
Renewing an expired AMP license is applied retroactively to the date that the previous license expired.
For example, if the AMP license for a device expired on June 1st, 2022, then when the renewed AMP license is applied it will start on June 1st, 2022.
It is certainly possible that an AMP license renewal may expired as soon as it is applied if enough time has passed since the expiration date!
Therefore, you should always keep your AMP licensing current.
