Where can I purchase Device AMP licenses for RX, LEAF OS, and EX devices?
Each RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP), RX440(RDP), RX540, RX580, LEAF OS, and EX500W device includes a perpetual license for PMC software, along with first-year of complimentary software maintenance (Device AMP for RX, LEAF OS and EX devices) for any firmware updates including features enhancements and bug fixes.
After the first year, if the complimentary Device AMP expires, firmware updates—whether local or remote via PMC—will no longer be available.
To continue receiving newer firmware updates, Device AMP licenses must be purchased and assigned to each RX, LEAF OS, and EX device.
Device AMP licenses for RX, LEAF OS and EX devices can be purchased from NComputing Authorized Partners or directly from NComputing.
An active Device AMP license for your Devices must be maintained to receive the described benefits.
Renewing an expired Device AMP license is applied retroactively to the date that the previous license expired.
For example, if the Device AMP license for a device expired on June 1st, 2022, then when the renewed AMP license is applied it will start on June 1st, 2022.
It is certainly possible that a Device AMP license renewal may expired as soon as it is applied if enough time has passed since the expiration date! Therefore, you should always keep your AMP licensing current.

- The same license options can be purchased directly online. Go to www.ncomputing.com and login with the account you used when you registered your vSpace Pro installation. Then click on the ‘management portal’ option to access the Management Portal.
- Navigate to 'Purchase Licenses and Services'
- Then select the corresponding AMP license option (AMP for RX-RDP/RX-RDP+/RX420(RDP)).
