How can I find out the manufacture date of my device?
The manufacture date of your NComputing device can be found on the product label located on the back side of your device.
Alternatively, if your device(s) is connected with vSpace Pro, you can find the date of manufacture of the device(s) by accessing your NComputing
Management Portal account.
Login to your account in our website, ncomputing.com. Click on the Management Portal tab and click on My vSpace Installations. In the Dashboard, go to the My Devices tab. You can click on any device listed there to find out the manufacture date.
