Error: This vSpace Manager has already been registered to an existing NComputing Management Portal customer account using unknown user...

This error may show when trying to register a vSpace Manager to the Management Portal.

Please review the following possible scenarios:

1. A secondary Management Portal account is bering used to attempt to register.  An NComputing / Management Portal account, works as a central place where all your servers and terminals register to.  You cannot use more than one account.  Therefore, when you register a server after reinstalling our software, you must do so in the original account that it was registered with.  If you move attempt to register with another account you will get a similar error.

2. Error shows due to a missed step during a reinstall process.  When reinstalling the vSpace Pro software in your server, it is also needed disconnect the server instance from the management portal.  When logging in to your Management Portal  > My vSpace Installations you should find the name of your previously existing server and next to is a DISCONNECT text bearing in red.
If this step is omitted, the record of our server remains intact on file with the exact same configuration, and since you are attempting to register it again, you are prevented from doing so, as this is seen as a duplicate instance.
Once you disconnect the instance from your account, you should be able to register again.

3. Using outdated software.  As of the writing of this article, we only support two platforms: vSpace Pro Enterprise and 11.3 LTS.  Be sure to update to either of these.  Keep in mind that an AMP enrollment is needed if you use vSpace Pro Enterprise.  Also it will greatly benefit you using 11.3 LTS.

Feel free to contact our support for any further questions.
