It provides centralized control over licensing, monitoring, software updates, and deployment management, enabling organizations to efficiently manage and scale their virtual desktop infrastructure.

Accessing the Management Portal

The NComputing Management Portal is accessible through the NComputing website. To log in:
  1. Visit www.ncomputing.com.

  2. Sign in using your account credentials. (If you do not have an account, follow this instructions.)

  3. Once logged in, click on the Management Portal tab to access the dashboard.

The Management Portal provides a range of features, including license management, device tracking, software downloads, and monitoring tools, helping IT administrators maintain oversight of their NComputing infrastructure.

NotesNote for AMP for vSpace users:
My Registered Devices maintains a historical record of all serial numbers associated with your account, whether active or inactive.
However, serial numbers appearing in this list do not necessarily indicate that these count against AMP licenses present in the account. Only active devices are assimilated for AMP Compliance, but if any serial number has been properly deactivated and removed from the network, it will not count against AMP for vSpace usage, even if it remains registered in this device list. Please refer to this article for more information.
