How come the ‘DOWNLOAD’ button for RX-HDX, RX420(HDX), EX400 and NoTouch Center software is grey out and can’t be downloaded?

The ‘DOWNLOAD’ icon is grey out (see screenshot below) because either you have not registered any RX-HDX or EX400 device to the NComputing Management Portal, or your registered devices’ Software Maintenance Update licenses have expired.

To gain access to the latest software images, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. You must have a least one RX-HDX or EX400 device registered to your customer account, AND

  1. All of your registered RX-HDX and EX400 devices must have a valid Software Maintenance Update license (i.e. not expired).

Note: With the purchase of RX-HDX and EX400 devices, the first year of the Software Maintenance Update license is included and will be activated from the first time of use. After the first year, you will be required to purchase the Software Maintenance Update license for the subsequent year(s) to receive new software updates. However, the baseline versions of the RX-HDX firmware and NoTouch Center software can always be downloaded without any device registration or when the Software Maintenance Update license has expired.
