Knowledge Base NComputing vSpace Server vSpace Pro 10 & 11

            When registering my vSpace Manager, my email is not found.



            When installing vSpace and registering your account, you get the warning that User email "[your email]" not found.

            1. Browse to NComputing.com and use your credentials to login. 

            2. Click on the Management Portal tab.  You will find a screen like this: 




            From there, click on Proceed and you will get a final welcome

             

             This screen will invite you to manage users.  This is covered on this article for later reference. 

            You can then, press skip and you should see this screen: 



            Now your account at the Management Portal is live and you should be able to register your server.
