This is an error message that may be presented to Users when connectivity between the vSpace server (Session host) and the vSpace Manager has been interrupted for an extended period of time.
Please check the following
Is the vSpace Console connected to a vSpace Manager
Open the vSpace Manager and select refresh to ensure that the vSpace Manager can connect to the Management Portal You will have to login to the management portal with you administration account to verify connectivity
