Register your new NComputing MX100 device to extend its warranty

NOTE: If you are using vSpace Pro 10 or vSpace Pro 11 for Windows in online mode, then your connected MX100 devices will be automatically registered to NComputing Management Portal and you may skip this step.

If you are using vSpace Pro 10 offline mode or vSpace for Linux, then please follow the procedures below to manually register your MX100 devices with then NComputing Management portal. Doing this within 90 days from the date of purchase will add 1 extra year to the default two (2) year term, giving you three (3) years from the date of manufacture.

            Additional benefits for device registration:
            • Quicker response to warranty or support service requests (NComputing support team uses the Management Portal to verify ownership)
            • Receive early notification of new releases which will include enhancements and bug fixes
            • Many other upcoming great features that will help you better manage your NComputing devices
