What is the difference between vSpace pro AMP licensing and vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection licensing?

The Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) is a subscription service that provides customers with access to the latest vSpace Pro Enterprise, enhanced technical support, and additional licensing benefits. Additionally, AMP also enables continued support for eligible legacy NComputing devices when used with supported versions of vSpace Pro.

Benefits of vSpace AMP
Legacy NComputing Device Support
Older NComputing devices (L250, L300, and M300) manufactured prior to January 1, 2015, may continue to operate with supported versions of vSpace Pro Software, including vSpace Pro Enterprise and LTS Editions, without service interruption.
Access to vSpace Pro Enterprise Edition
Support for the latest Microsoft operating systems, including Windows Server 2025 and Windows 11.
Improved scalability for large deployments.
Access to advanced features such as:
Smart Board support
Multi-touch support
Enhanced smart card support
Additional Enterprise Edition enhancements and features.
Enhanced Technical Support
Access to support tickets (5 per month)
Live chat support.
Scheduled Live Call support (available to customers within the United States).
Complimentary Product Licensing
PMC Device Management software for RX300, RX300+, L400, and RX420 (vSpace) devices.
Customers with AMP coverage for 100 or more devices receive five (5) complimentary vSpace Pro Client licenses (valued at $250).*
* Applicable to AMP license types NC-AMP-1A, NC-AMP-3A, and NC-AMP-5A purchased with a subscription term of one year or longer. Customers must maintain AMP compliance for 100 or more devices to remain eligible.
Eligibility Requirements
To receive the benefits described above, customers must maintain an active vSpace AMP subscription covering all active NComputing devices associated to their Management Portal Account.
Customers who are AMP-compliant do not need to purchase any additional licensing to receive the benefits listed above.
vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection License (ADL)
Notice: The vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection License (ADL) has been retired and is no longer available for purchase.Legacy device support for eligible L250, L300, and M300 devices is available through vSpace AMP compliance. Please refer to the vSpace AMP section above for additional information.
