L Series: Password and Factory Reset

            As the vSpace Administrator with access to the vSpace Console, click Devices. Locate the device with the unknown password and right-click to select set/reset password.

            To factory reset your NComputing device, you will need to contact our Technical Support for assistance. 

            You will need to be ready to validate your identity,  business organization and have a ticket number at hand in order to get help in this particular situation. 

            Outside of the USA: You can also obtain help contacting your local authorized partner.  As NComputing resellers, they should be able to assist you.
