Known issue
Known issue - using a Web camera in an RX-HDX dual display situation creates a conflict between the Camera video stream (local h.264) and the Citrix Policy (Session h.264) which will force the camera h.264 video stream to the background and out of focus \ view.

The HDX RealTime Media Engine Must be enabled for the Citrix connection to optimize the Skype for Business experience

It must be done in the connections Citrix > HDX/Multimedia settings either in the local client UI or via No Touch Center

Set > ‘HDX Realtime Media Engine (Skype for Business)’ parameter to ‘on’

RTME Audio and Video devices
Audio and video devices used by Skype for Business are the ones, which the RealTime Media Engine enumerated locally on the client side
Skype for Business working in optimized way with RTME does not make any use of the Citrix HDX Audio and Citrix HDX Webcam devices redirected from the client to the VDA with the “traditional” Client Audio Mapping and Citrix HDX RealTime Video Compression techniques
