1. For new installations: If you plan to install vSpace Pro Enterprise software on a system running Windows 11 version 24H2 (February 2025 cumulative update, KB5051987), ensure you use vSpace Pro Enterprise version 12.9.2 or later, which resolves this incompatibility.
2. For existing installations: If vSpace Pro Enterprise software is already installed, upgrade to version 12.9.2 or later before updating your system to Windows 11 (February 2025 cumulative update, KB5051987).
