Where can I find the latest firmware for RX300?

To ensure the best performance of your RX300 device, please ensure you have the latest Firmware.

You can find the latest RX300 firmware from NComputing software download page:


There are multiple ways you can update RX300 firmware:
- via vSpace Console (in vSpace Pro 11 LTS and vSpace Pro Enterprise Edition)
- via FTP Server
- via HTTP URL
- via connected USB memory stick (supported on a RX300 device with firmware 3.6.6 and higher versions)
- via PMC Device Management software.

You need to login to the NComputing Software download section to retrieve the correct file. As of March 28, 2020, the latest  FW level should be 3.7.0.
