If you are using VERDE 8.1.2 or older,  there's a workaround.  You'll need to perform the routine during off hours, because you'll need to restart the VERDE services.

  • Ensure all Gold Images are checked in.
  • In the VERDE Management Console/General Settings/General Settings, disable Cache I/O
  • From the VERDE Server command line, restart VERDE services.. (service VERDE restart)

  • In the VERDE Management Console/General Settings/General Settings, re-enable Cache I/O
  • Test by making a modification to a Gold Image and check it in.
