What are the requirements to qualify for vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration?

vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration support is available for customers who need to deploy vSpace Pro Enterprise Edition but do not have internet access. The customer must contact NComputing’s sales or support team for approval, which is subject to NComputing’s discretion.


vSpace AMP requirements for vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration:
  1. Initial vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration requires a minimum of 50 seats of vSpace AMP (NC-AMP-1A, 3-A or 5-A) licenses with a 3-year or longer validity duration to qualify for the vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration.
  1. The customer's account must be vSpace AMP compliant, AND the number of vSpace AMP licenses must be equal to or greater than the number of registered NComputing devices with pre-bundled vSpace connection licenses (e.g., RX300, RX300+, L300, L400, RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP), RX440(RDP), LEAFOS devices, or EX500 clients).
  1. Subsequent vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration (e.g., different server) or adding newly deployed devices requires a minimum of 1-year vSpace AMP license validity for all devices.
  1. The customer must be vSpace AMP compliant and remain compliant throughout the duration of the deployment, even when offline, to avoid potential interruptions.
Once the vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration process is completed, the vSpace Pro server(s) must remain offline without Internet access. 
vSpace Pro Enterprise offline registration is supported with version 12.8.0 and higher.
