VERDE Client Telemetry Error

VERDE Client Telemetry Error

Product Line:  VERDE

Starting with VERDE 8.2.4, the client sporadically displays a TELEMETRY error when the user starts up the VERDE-Client.  This is caused by the usage of VPN in order to access the VERDE environment.  Attached to this KB Article is a link with a zipped folder.  The folder has a 32bit and 64bit VERDE-Client.  Download it a use it to replace your VERDE-Client.

Uninstall the one currently on your workstation and then install this one.
