Upgrading to VERDE 8.3.4 Requires a Full Removal of the VERDE-Client

Produce Line:  VERDE

If you are going to install or upgrade to VERDE 8.3.4 or higher and you have an old VERDE-Client installed on your workstation, YOU MUST completely uninstall and delete all files associated with the old VERDE-Client.  A simple uninstall of the application does not remove every file and will cause you problems.

Please perform the following:

Access Windows  -  Settings/Apps/Apps & Features

Type in VERDE      to search for the VERDE-Client App

Select Uninstall as in the following screen shot.





After the VERDE-Client App is uninstalled, check the C:\Program Files for a VERDE directory.  If it exists.. delete it.
