Access the Management Console.  You’ll need to upgrade Windows images, not Linux.  To upgrade Windows Images:

• Check out the Gold Image
• Launch the Gold Image via the mcadmin1 (or equivalent) userid
• Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and Uninstall VERDE Guest USB Tools
• Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\VERDE\System
• Right click on the UpgradeGuestTools.cmd script and select “Run as Administrator”
• Follow the prompts to upgrade the guest tools
• Allow the image to shutdown
• Bring it back up and shut it down again
• Check in the gold image.
