Upgrading Gold Image from VERDE8.2.0 to 8.2.1
Product Line: VERDE
Access the Management Console. You’ll need to upgrade
Windows images, not Linux. To upgrade Windows Images:
- Check out the Gold Image
- Launch the Gold Image
via the mcadmin1 (or equivalent) userid
- Go to Control Panel >
Programs and Features and Uninstall VERDE Guest USB Tools
- Navigate to C:\Program
Files (x86)\VERDE\System
- Right click on the
UpgradeGuestTools.cmd script and select “Run as Administrator”
- Follow the prompts to
upgrade the guest tools
- Allow the image to
shutdown
- Bring it back up and
shut it down again
- Check in the gold image.
It should be ready for usage.
