Software: Web Browsers are not opening in more than one session
When attempting to run Firefox, Google Chrome or other browsers on more than one station, you get the following error or one similar to it: "Application is already running, but is not responding". To open a new window, you must first close the existing process, or restart your system.
This error typically happens when sessions share the same Windows user credentials. As a best practice and intended use for NComputing's MultiUser platform, allow each station to have a unique login name and password to Windows in order for this type of software to run properly.
