Scheduled Launch: If You Only Have Local Users, Local Group Users Can't be Accessed in Scheduled Launch

If only local users and local groups have been created, only local users that are explicitly listed by userid in Desktop Policies can be accessed via Scheduled Launch. The Drop Down listing All Users/local users only contains local users. See screen shots. As soon as AD groups are defined for Scheduled launch. than both AD and Local users can be defined. The full drop down "local users/AD Users/All Users" becomes available.  See the following screen shots:

Local User robinpurv is listed as well as a Local User Group

The resulting Scheduled Launch..  Only Local Users can be selected in AREA.  All Users is Missing.

In the next screen shot, you can see an AD Group has been added to Desktop Policies:

The following is the resulting Scheduled Launch.  The drop down now displays All Users.  

Selecting All Users results in all local (local group members) and all AD User Group members:
