RX300 Factory Reset

1. Process under newer firmware builds. (3.10.3 and newer)

In recent versions of the RX300 firmware you can find the Factory Settings button in the RX300 firmware menu:
A. Click on the settings (gear) icon.
B. Click on the Support tab 
C. Click on Factory Reset



Once the terminal executes this and returns to the home screen, then, the process is completed. 

2. Process with older firmware or if you have not access to the firmware settings. 

To factory reset the RX300, turn on the device and wait for the connection screen to appear.



Press together CNTL+ (Windows Key) + F12 to bring up the Terminal Console. This is the command window that shows on the top left in the picture below. 



In the Terminal Console type: reset-to-factory
Then, press Enter on your keyboard.


Once the terminal executes this and returns to the home screen, then, the process is completed.
