RX-RDP configuration version 14 update in PMC 2.0.1

In PMC 2.0.1 the Configuration version 14  need to manually upload in the SUPPORTED DEVICE CONFIGURATIONS list to manage the RX-RDP devices which has 2.2.0 ,2.6.2 firmware updates.

Here is the below steps needs to follow for to update Configuration version 14 in the PMC 2.0.1 :

1.  When you download the RX-RDP firmware from the NComputing website's software download page,

the zip file contains the necessary .pcu file for PMC to support RX-RDP version 14 (which is used by the latest RX-RDP firmware).

2. Please upload the .pcu file in to the PMC console:

Login in to the PMC console , Click administration - > Device Configuration Menu & upload the .pcu file by clicking the browse button & upload file in the UPDATE SUPPORTED DEVICE CONFIGURATIONS TAB so the Configuration version 14 will be listed in the SUPPORTED DEVICE CONFIGURATIONS Tab to manage the corresponding device family RX-RDP with that specific firmware updates (e.g. 2.20 & 2.6.2)
