What is a RX-HDX Software Maintenance Update license and where can I purchase it?
What does it cover?
A valid RX-HDX Software Maintenance Update license (per device) enables the customer to receive the following software updates components for that device:
- RX-HDX firmware updates
- Quarterly update with the latest Citrix Workspace App, enhancements and bug fixes
- NoTouch Center device management software
- NComputing Virtual Appliance
With the purchase of RX-HDX, the first year of the Software Maintenance Update license is included and will be activated from the first time of use. After year 1, the customer would be required to purchase Software Maintenance Update license for the subsequent year(s) to receive new software updates.

Where can I purchase Software Maintenance Update license for RX-HDX?
The above Software Maintenance Update licenses can be purchased from NComputing Authorized Partners or directly from NComputing.
To purchase the license directly from NComputing:
- The same license options can be purchased directly online. Go to www.ncomputing.com and login with the account you used when you registered your vSpace Pro installation. Then click on the ‘management portal’ option to access the Management Portal.
- Navigate to ‘Purchase Licenses and Services’
- Then select the corresponding license option - SW Maintenance Update (RX-HDX only).
- After the purchase, redeem the license key in NComputing Management Portal and assign to your registered RX-HDX devices (click here to learn more).
