RX-300, RX-RDP+, RX-420(RDP) and LeafOS: How to set a password
Overview
This configuration will allow you to protect your device from unauthorized modifications to the device firmware menus.
Set up a password
When you are at the firmware menus of your device, click on the gear icon.
In the General tab, you will see the Device Protection section.
When you click on it, you will be able to choose what sections of the firmware you want protected with a password.

This section may be slightly different on the RX-300 device, as you may be able to protect the whole device, but not individual sections
If you do not see on your device the Device Protection feature as mentioned above, perhaps your unit needs a firmware update.
