Register your new NComputing MX100 device to extend its warranty
NOTE: If you are using vSpace Pro 10 or vSpace Pro 11 for Windows in online mode, then your connected MX100 devices will be automatically registered to NComputing Management Portal and you may skip this step.
If you are using vSpace Pro 10 offline mode or vSpace for Linux, then please follow the procedures below to manually register your MX100 devices with then NComputing Management portal. Doing this within 90 days from the date of purchase will add 1 extra year to the default two (2) year term, giving you three (3) years from the date of manufacture.
Additional benefits for device registration:- Quicker response to warranty or support service requests (NComputing support team uses the Management Portal to verify ownership)
- Receive early notification of new releases which will include enhancements and bug fixes
- Many other upcoming great features that will help you better manage your NComputing devices
To register your NComputing MX100 device:
- Go to NComputing.com, login to your NComputing account. If you don’t have one, it will prompt you to register.
- After you login, click on the “Management Portal” tab at the top of the screen to setup your Management Portal account.
- Download the app on your Android or iPhone.
- Use the app to scan the QR code on the vSpace device package or the serial number bar code on the device to register them.
- Once the device is registered with NComputing, your device's warranty will be extended to three (3) years from the date of manufacture.
- At any time, you can check your registered NComputing devices and their warranty eligibility by going to www.ncomputing.com, click on “Management Portal” and select “My Devices” to see the complete list of registered devices.
