Issue with Network Printer with NAT Networking and SPICE Protocol
Product Line: VERDE
Network printers do not work with NAT network mode, Windows Guest Image via SPICE Protocol.
Testing:
1. Login to Verde VDI Client and launch gold image session.
2. Configure a network printer on the gold image session (\\host\client-printer).
3. After the printer is configured click on "Print Test Page".
Observation: No print-out from the configured network printer.
There is a workaround for this issue:
1, Check out the gold image
2. Add the DNS Server IP to the gold image
3. Now click on "Print Test Page"
4. Check in the gold image so it propagates to guest images.
