We have implemented critical client-side changes in the 4.2.8 firmware version of LEAFOS, EX500, RX420(RDP), RX440(RDP) and RX-RDP+ devices to adapt to a newly optimized Azure backend for the AVD service.

Customers using older firmware versions prior to 4.2.8 may experience stability issues when conecting to AVD sessions.  To avoid being impacted by Microsoft's upcoming change to their Azure infrastructure, you must upgrade your LEAFOS, EX500, RX420(RDP), RX440(RDP) and RX-RDP+ devices to firmware version 4.2.8 (or newer) by June 30, 2023.
