How to configure USB audio for RX-HDX, RX-HDX+, RX420(HDX) and RX420(STDK) with Stratodesk NoTouch OS firmware version 3.2.760 and higher?
NoTouch OS configuration change is need to enhance USB audio quality:
To optimize USB audio quality for Stratodesk NoTouch OS firmware version 3.2.760 and higher:
- Go to the RX-HDX, RX-HDX+, RX420(HDX) and RX420(STDK) configuration setting -> Audio -> PulseAudio - > Timer-based scheduling (tsched)
- Change the parameter to ‘On’.
- Click on ‘save’ and then reboot the device.
4. The following Citrix Workspace App settings can further improve the audio quality within the Citrix VDI session.
