How do I redeem vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection license?
If you purchase vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection license, you’ll receive a license key.
To redeem the license key:
1. Go to www.ncomputing.com and login using the using the account that you used when you registered your vSpace Pro installation. Then click on the ‘management portal’ option to access the Management Portal.
2. Use the standard "redeem" license key functionality provided by the Management Portal. Click on “Redeem License Keys” to redeem vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection License key.
Then enter your vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection license key and click on "Redeem"
(3) Your vSpace Pro Aged Connection license key information will be displayed and click on "Confirm" for the license key redemption confirmation. That’s it.
(4) To check your redeemed vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection license, go to NComputing Management Portal ‘Home’ page -> click on ‘My vSpace Installations’ -> select ‘vSpace Pro Compliance’ tab. The total quantify of vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection should reflect all of your current vSpace Pro Aged Device Connection licenses.
