How do I perform factory setting reset for RX-RDP, RX420(RDP), RX300 and LEAF OS devices?

There are 2 ways the thin client can be factory reset:

(1) Resetting the device to factory defaults setting in device menu - available on all RX thin clients and LEAFOS devices

The device can be reset to factory default settings by clicking the [FACTORY RESET] button in the Troubleshooting box of the Support section of Setup GUI.

(2) Pressing the physical power button during the device boot up - available only on RX thin clients

If you do not have access to the device setting menu to perform a device factory reset, you can force the RX thin client to enter the 'Recovery mode'  and select the 'Reset to Defaults' option to reset the device back to factory default settings.

The enter the 'Recovery mode', during RX thin client boot-up, keep the RX thin client's physical 'power button' pressed during the entire duration of device booting until you see the below 'Recovery mode' menu. Then you can let go of pressing the 'power button'.
