How do I get support for my N-Series device?
The
N-Series product family includes the 400, 500, 500W, and 600. The N-Series 400 has reached its “End of Support”
date and is therefore limited to self-help via our KB articles in this
portal. The 500, 500W, and 600 will
reach end of support beginning January 1, 2019. Customers looking for new thin clients for accessing Citrix or should consider purchasing the NComputing LEAF OS software endpoint solution (repurpose any x86-64 computers) and/or EX500 thin client (powered by LEAF OS).
For
current users of N-Series devices an SnS active support agreement must be in
place. New annual SnS agreements are no longer being sold as the remaining support
window is less than one-year. In cases
where support is required users can purchase a single-issue support ticket from
our NComputing Management Portal located on our website. With either a valid
SnS agreement of with the purchase of per incident support ticket users are
able to reach the N-Series technical support team via web chat or phone.
