Getting " Don't have enough license for all device ” error message in NoTouch Center when connecting NComputing thin client devices

If you add RX-HDX, RX-HDX+, RX420(HDX) or EX400 to a group in NoTouch Center and received an "Don't have enough license for all devices" error message, this means either your NoTouch OS firmware or NoTouch Center is outdated and needs to be upgraded.

To avoid potential NoTouch OS device license issue with NComputing thin clients based on Stratodesk software images, please make sure the thin client device has firmware NoTouch OS version 3.2.306 or higher, and NoTouch Center version 4.4.30 or higher.

As of July 1, 2020, NComputing has formed a new partnership with Stratodesk, making the official Stratodesk branded OS and management center available on NComputing devices.

Enterprises and organizations using NComputing thin client products based on NoTouch OS, including RX-HDX, RX-HDX+, RX420(HDX), RX420(STDK) and EX400, can now easily migrate over to the official Stratodesk image.
