Factory Reset RX-HDX device using Remote Browser Login
If you are unable to access the local configuration (e.g. because the screen stays blank or device fails to boot up) but the device has network then you can follow below mentioned steps to factory reset your device:
From another host in the same network launch web browser and access the Device IP and log in using credentials configured on device. A front end similar to the local configuration application will be displayed.
After successful login, please click on the menu item "Factory defaults":
Confirm the action i.e. Yes/No to proceed with factory reset, This is to protect you from an unwanted factory reset.
This would reset your device to factory default settings.
