Network Error Code 10014 and 10054 occur in XP and 2003 Server when running the vSpace Registration utility, and attempting to perform an online registration, the following errors may occur. Therefore, the registration process cannot complete successfully.
This is due to a registration port been blocked by the local firewall, antivirus, or security.
Unfortunately, there is no more support for 'Classic" versions of vSpace and these will be permanently discontinued after June 30th, 2020. Our best suggestion is to upgrade promptly to our latest platform vSpace Pro.
If you are using version 4 because of terminals that are not compatible with vSpace Pro 11 or Enterprise edition, likely, these are also outdated and need to be upgraded.
