if you view Windows System Event logs using Event Viewer (command prompt eventvwr.msc /s)
Look in >Windows Logs>System - Look or search for Event
Event ID: 7000 - Source: Service Control Manager Time: 12/22/2016 @ 15:31:42
The UTSA/UTMA Virtual Transport Driver service failed to start due to the following error: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
This means you did not have proper permissions when installing vSpace
You need to run the installer from an Elevated Command Prompt
Navigate to the directory where the vSpace Installer is located and enter this command:
Run command > msiexec / vSpace_Pro_FileName.msi
If this fails, this other command is available:
Run command > msiexec /i vSpace_Pro_FileName.msi
