With device profile set to AutoConnect and AutoLogin, AutoLogin fails showing FastUser Switching screen

Possible solution:

There’s a group policy setting called “Always prompt for password upon connection” under Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Security” that was Enabled.
