These products and the legacy vSpace software platforms they were designed to use have reached End of Life (EOL). vSpace 6 is no longer supported, and registration or activation of legacy vSpace software is no longer available.

These legacy endpoints cannot be migrated for use with current vSpace Pro LTS or vSpace Pro Enterprise releases.

Recommended Upgrade

Customers still using these legacy NComputing devices should upgrade to a current NComputing endpoint solution, such as:

• L400
• RX300+
• Other supported RX-series endpoints (RX-RDP+, RX420(RDP), RX540(RDP)) or EX500W
• LEAF OS for repurposing compatible PCs and laptops

Current NComputing endpoint solutions provide compatibility with supported vSpace Pro releases, modern Windows operating systems, current security requirements, and ongoing software and firmware updates.

For customers who want to continue using NComputing vSpace with the latest supported Windows operating systems, migrating from these legacy endpoints to a current NComputing solution is recommended.

Note: L250, L300, L350, M300 , and MX100 are not included in the list above because these models may still be supported with current vSpace Pro releases, subject to the applicable firmware and licensing requirements.
